Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy and will appear as "Lemon Squeezy" on your bank or credit card statement. All refund decisions are made by SGL Tech LLC at our sole discretion.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee on all Pro subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with Executive Job Hunter Pro for any reason, simply request a refund within 7 days of your purchase and we'll process it—no hoops, no hassle.
This guarantee applies even if you've used the Pro features. We want you to try the product risk-free and see if it's right for your job search.
Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. Where local law provides additional rights to cancel, withdraw, or refund a purchase (including rights for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose), those rights continue to apply.
Refund Discretion
Refunds are granted solely at our discretion on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be refused for:
- Evidence of fraud
- Refund abuse
- Manipulative or deceptive behavior
- Transactions that violate our Terms of Service
This does not affect mandatory consumer protections.
Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's how it works:
- Within 7 days of purchase: You get a full refund—this is our money-back guarantee.
- After 7 days: You can still cancel anytime, but your current billing period will not be refunded. Your subscription simply won't renew, and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your paid period.
To cancel, use the "Manage Subscription" link in your purchase receipt or email Support@eJobHunter.com.
After the 7-Day Guarantee Period
After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Refunds generally will not be provided for:
- Requests made after the 7-day guarantee period (unless required by law)
- Loss of local data (all data is stored on the user's device)
- Device, extension, browser, or system malfunctions outside our control
- Failure to cancel before subscription renewal
- Free tools or trial access
- Evidence of fraud, abuse, or misuse
How to Request a Refund
Refunds may be requested through:
- The "View Order" or "Manage Subscription" link in your purchase receipt
- Emailing Support@eJobHunter.com with your Order ID
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
