1 credit = 1 successful AI action — a company research run, a resume tailoring pass, a recruiter search, an insights report, and so on. Every action costs exactly one credit; if an AI call fails, no credit is used. Credits reset on the 1st of each month: Free gets 3, Pro gets 100. Executive doesn't count credits at all.

Credit packs are a one-time top-up for when you run through your monthly Pro credits before the reset. Buy a pack (50, 150, or 500 credits) and they're added to your balance — they never expire and are spent automatically once your monthly credits run out. They add AI credits only; they do not unlock the Interview Prep Dossier or Offer & Negotiation Assistant, which are part of Executive. Packs are available to Pro and Executive members; they aren't sold on the Free plan (Executive already includes unlimited AI, so packs are really there for Pro). When you buy, use the same email you subscribed with — you can find it in the extension under Settings. Your credits attach to that email and appear in the extension automatically.

Nothing is ever deleted. At 20 applications or 5 companies, you simply can't add new ones — everything you've saved stays intact, and you can still update statuses, edit notes, and move applications through your pipeline (saved → applied → interviewing) without restriction. Upgrade to Pro whenever you want the caps gone.

Nothing disappears. If you installed before we introduced the Free plan's tracking caps, you keep unlimited application and company tracking for a transition period (currently 90 days), and your saved data is never deleted. When the transition period ends, everything you've already saved stays fully intact and editable — you simply can't add new ones beyond the Free caps (20 applications / 5 companies) unless you upgrade to Pro for unlimited tracking. The extension shows the exact date your unlimited tracking is active through, right in the Applications tab.

Pro's 100 monthly credits are sized for an active search, so most people never hit the ceiling. If you do, AI actions pause until your credits reset on the 1st — or you can upgrade to Executive, which includes unlimited AI on the premium model. All your tracking, reminders, and data stay fully available either way.

Yes. Cancel in seconds via the "Manage Subscription" link in your Lemon Squeezy receipt email — no phone calls, no retention flows. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, then simply doesn't renew. Your data lives on your device, so it stays yours regardless.

Every annual plan (Pro Annual and Executive Annual) comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Our published prices can change over time. Executive Job Hunter runs on advanced AI models we license from third parties, and those costs move; if ours rise meaningfully, we may adjust pricing to keep the product sustainable. Any change only ever applies to new purchases and to subscription renewals going forward. If you're on a subscription, the new price takes effect at your next renewal and we'll email you at least 30 days beforehand, so nothing changes mid‑term. Anything you've already paid for is honored at the price you paid, including one-time AI credit packs. You can always cancel before a renewal if a new price isn't right for you.

If you're on a complimentary (comp) license and choose to start a paid plan, your paid subscription begins on the day you purchase, and any complimentary time you have left does not carry over. If you'd rather not lose that time, you can wait until your complimentary access ends and subscribe then. Either way, complimentary members can buy one-time AI credit packs at any point without affecting their comp license.

Pro helps you apply. Executive helps you land and negotiate. Executive adds capabilities Pro doesn't have: the Interview Prep Dossier (likely questions, tailored talking points, leadership and news context for each company), the Offer & Negotiation Assistant (comp talking points and counter-offer scripts), unlimited AI on the premium model for every action, and priority support. Against a negotiation measured in thousands, $249 a year is a rounding error.

Yes. Your applications, companies, notes, and contacts are stored locally on your device — there are no cloud accounts and we never see your search. Discretion is the whole point of the product. See our Privacy Policy for the specifics.
